This is a very nice quality LED mirror. The lighting is perfect, very attractive design and it's made very well. The manufacturer was nice enough to include a paper template to help locate the position of the mirror on the wall and to accurately mark the holes for the brackets -- no measuring or guesswork! The instructions are clearly written and it was well packed.Just two small issues:1) If you switch the mirror on and off with a wall switch, it will always turn back on with the heater on. It doesn't make sense, though after an hour it turns off automatically. The LED temperature setting and brightness remain at the previous setting when turned on, which is good.2) There are some noticeable smudges on the clear plastic frame behind the mirror which surround the rear LED's. It appears to be adhesive they used in assembly. It's not visible from the front but clearly visible from the side.All in all, a very nice well-made product. Shortly after purchasing there was a $20 price drop (within the 30 day return window). I contacted the manufacturer through Amazon and they kindly refunded me the $20 difference as an Amazon credit.
