Easy to install and clean. Batteries don’t last long and poor brightness supplied after three uses. Not good for dark showersWe bought two of these mirrors & after a few months had a problem with the dimmer on one of them. I contacted the company through Amazon and they sent us a brand new one even though it was pass the return policy. Great customer service!!I love these so much! Can chose different light colors (warm cool etc) and the have a defogger. I love how they really show off our new tile so well. Not sure how difficult they are to install since we had a contractor do it. Highly recommend!Product looks great and was thankfully packaged well since packaging took a bit of a beating in transit. The electronics of mirror are not functioning but I'm currently in contact with company to determine best course of correction and can update review depending on costumer service response! Overall it appears to be a quality mirror compared to various other mirrors that I have purchased in the past. Not sure yet if lighting has any unevenness around the border but again will update when problem is corrected!I absolutely love this mirror! The only thing we found as challenging was the mounting. After a little work it is now secure to my wall. Being that it does not sit flush against the wall I was afraid it would be mistaken for a medicine cabinet and pulled from it's mounts All is good now, and I'm back to loving it!?I really liked this mirror. My husband bought it for me for Christmas this past December (2019). The other day I was sitting in front of it - without the light on- and felt heat radiating from the middle of the glass. We immediately assessed the distance from the wall and electrical cords and all was fine. We made the decision to unplug it fully. Not sure what might be going on, it is less than 6 months old and is used once a day for about 30 minutes. I am scared it might catch fire if left plugged in.So this mirror arrived and I am returning it. I have to say it is amazingly beautiful, but if your looking for a large mirror, it is not the dimensions they state. The mirror part itself is more like 13 inches by 16 inches and it states 18" x 20". Also if you need a lot of light, probably not the mirror for you. If I had just wanted a really beautiful mirror this was it, but I need larger and brighter. Just know what your needs are ladies! Maybe for younger ladies!This mirror is so cool!! I love the 3 lighting options. The picture I have included, still has the protective film on it, we are in the middle of a remodel.The mirror i received is working amazing i have mounted it to the wall and connected it to the light switch and I'm very glad with the results.
