Oh man, I wanted to like this. But this is a bad, cheap product. We research and really thought this would be a good fit. We had two faucets to install and bought two August 2021. We paid and had both installed by a professional plumber. A few months later, one of the faucets stopped working. Plumber came back out. Noticed there was water dripping from the faucet causing the battery to short. Cleaned it up and replaced battery.Happened again a few months later. This time, we said we'll just order a new one (our fault; but 1 of them did work fine) since we can't get in touch with the seller.New one is installed by a different plumber. 2 months later. Same issues and we are freaking done with this type of bad product and customer service. Not all of their products are created equally and it's not fair for folks who install these items properly to have this short on us. I do not recommend this product to anyone. We're going to not make this mistake again and purchase something from a better seller.It works ok, but mounting hardware and design is very poor and hardware is insufficient. Had to fabricate a special metal washer to mount properly. Original mounting hardware is too small to mount properly for most sinks! All they need to include is a larger OD washer with the cable notch cut out. Requires more than just the average handyman skills! Very poor mounting design and hardware!My husband installed it. He said it was super easy to install this faucet. It looks beautiful and I love the fact the kids don't have to touch it especially when their hand are muddy from outside. Great buy.Easy to install .it made my bathroom. Look perfect. Everyone ask where I got it .It was a pain to install and when it was installed it did not work properlyI really wanted to like this. The motion sensor works great. If you move your hand it stops instantly, I wish it would go on for 2-3 seconds more.But all of that is moot as this started leaking 2 days after the return window. I don’t think it will last.one big issue : loud NOISE when water running .is there any way to solve this noisy problem.I ordered 2 of this faucet. They came quickly and intact with adequate packaging. They were easily installed with minimal tools. So far they are working great. They will be a big help to me having an elderly parent living with me who would accidentally leave faucets running occasionally. Surely will help my water bill. ?
